This year’s event will feature experts from private industry, representatives from government agencies, and public policy leaders who will address the opportunities and challenges in the ongoing commercialization of nanotechnology-based products and nanomaterials.

It has been an honor to serve this unique scientific and engineering community since its inception 18 years ago.  It has been a labor of love to see our community continue to grow, with organizations that had no employees 10 years ago expand to have 100 employees today.

NanoBCA to Host Webinar: Dealing with multi-generation employees – Weds 1/16 2PM ET

Posted on February 1st, 2019 in Uncategorized | No Comments »

The NanoBusiness Commercialization Association (NanoBCA) and Water 2.0 are hosting a webinar series lead by Rob Brinkman, the Founder of Safe Harbour Retirement. His webinar on Block Chain was our highest attended online event in 2018. I have asked Rob to prepare a special series on the critical elements affecting business owners and entrepreneurs today. Rob was a managing executive at a large publicly traded company and has initiated several very prosperous start-ups. His successful endeavors prompted me to ask him to mentor us through the elements that he has implemented in his own firm. This is the final in a series of four webinars; two in December and two in January.

Topic: Dealing with multi-generation employees (I just can’t relate to these Millennials…)

Date: Wednesday, January 16, 2019

Time: 2PM-3PM ET

Please join my meeting from your computer, tablet or smartphone.

You can also dial in using your phone.

These webinars offer valuable information that can be incorporated into your business. We hope you will be able to participate.
