(B&C®), the Environmental Law Institute (ELI), and the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health are pleased to present “TSCA Reform – Five Years Later.” This complimentary virtual conference marks the fifth Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Annual Conference, reflecting on the accomplishments and challenges since the implementation of the 2016 Lautenberg Amendments and where TSCA stands today. Leading panelists will reflect on the challenges and accomplishments, while offering unique insights into the decision-making process of top U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) officials.

Andy Clapp will address this topic and present his message on why you should focus on a Transition rather than a Transaction, and the steps that can be taken to successfully raise capital or achieve a liquidity event for you and your shareholders.

Andy’s experience includes GE, Consulting with Arthur D. Little, President of Equifax Research, transatlantic investment banking with Downer & Co., launching and managing 3 funds, and currently advising companies on capital raising and transitioning ownership.  He is a graduate of Clarkson University and Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth.
